Quantum tunnel it is a new concept of modern physics. Since last decade quantum mechanics is successor over classical physics rules at quantum level. It will help us better for understanding of matter. Starting from matter, it a composition of atoms , nuclei , nucleons , electron, etc. their size from 10^-11  to 10^-15 . At Quantum level a field range force (means force acting in specified region) starts i.e. Nuclear force which is very tremendously stronger than gravitational push. That's too enough to nearly stop time. So at Quantum Level  time can slow down.
We have recently heard about Gravitational Waves it can cause disturb timelines nearby  where it arrives, similarly at Quantum scale Nuclear Waves can Exists because they are bit more stronger. If we take an inert atom for example then also at nuclear scale it is very unstable and it always tries to reposition itself between excited and superposition states. So  due to interference of nuclear waves of atoms of different time lines. That's it is very difficult for mathematics to calculate exact time , probability function is used.
From above whole content atom is like black hole and we can travel in future with it.
But how can we travel in past with atom , Yes it's available.
Every dimension has its own negative dimension too. ( X axis and  -X axis) By some changes in nuclear waves by superposition it in negative side we can achieve it.
But one thing to understand time is reference of measurement not a fundamental but it is independent scale.

'Water worlds common outside solar system'

Exoplanets which are between two to four times the size of earth  are likely to have vast amounts of water, according to a study that may have implications for the search of Alien life in our Galaxy.   Data from the exoplanet hunting Kepler space Telescope and Gaia mission indicates that many of the known planets may contain as much as 50 % of water. This is much more than the earth's 0.02% water content, researchers said. "It was huge surprise to realize that there must be so many water worlds," said Li Zeng  from Harvard University in US. Scientists have found that many of the 4000 confirmed or candidate exoplanets discovered so far fall into size categories: those with the planetary radius averaging around 1.5 that of earth, and those averaging around 2.5 times the radius of the earth.
